Happy Sunday Everyone!

I have some free goodies for you again this week.  I've been vibing on the word "satisfaction" all week.....it's really fun to feel the heightened emotions of ecstacy, excitement, passion, enthusiasm, etc....but the truth is, if you felt those things too often, you wouldn't recognize how wonderful they are....you'd have nothing to compare them to.  No, life for most of us is mostly in a zone between those really heightened levels of joy and the really miserable depths of despair.  We all feel super high and super low from time to time, but it's that middle ground that we mostly occupy. 

As I pondered that over a few days, I decided that I wanted to be more consciously aware of how nice it is to simply feel "satisfied".  Not high as a kite, but simply a little above average.  I look forward to the next time I feel pure ecstacy, but until then, let's raise our glasses to the pleasure of simply being satisfied with where you're at, what you're doing, who you are, and who you're with.  That's not a bad way to spend the bulk of your time.  ;-)
