Happy Sunday Everyone!
I come, as always, bearing gifts, and you can find them below! This week I'm meditating on "gratitude". Tomorrow is my mother's birthday, and I have to tell you gang....if you gave me the chance to relive my life with the choice of any woman who has ever lived anywhere in the world, I would still pick her to be my mom. She has always been the perfect combination of encouraging, challenging, kind, patient, attentive, always evolving, and well intentioned when something doesn't go like she hoped. I have never doubted for one millisecond in my life that I was loved without condition, and that someone believed I was capable of anything I wanted to do in my life....because of her. How lucky can a guy be to get matched up with the perfect mom for him? This is just one of the many things I'm feeling grateful for this week, and I'm looking forward to expressing some of that gratitude to her tomorrow night through laughter, hugs, conversation, and great food as I celebrate her 76th birthday with the rest of my family.
