Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Well, it's been a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend here in the USA for me.  I spent four days with some of my favorite friends and relatives sharing fond memories, making new memories, eating (and grilling) amazing food, and mostly laughing until my abs and jaw muscles were sore!  As such, I'm a couple days late with this blog post and had to upload my #FreeLessonFriday video today LOL.  But, this was most certainly a worthy excuse to be a few days behind schedule this week.  

It reminded me that life is happening in real time, and responsibilities will always follow you around.  They aren't a burden, but a part of life.  So....it's absolutely incumbent upon each of us to make time for fun and joy regularly, because if you wait for a gap in your responsibilities....it will never arrive.  Sometimes it's okay to cancel an appointment or postpone doing something you've agreed to by a day or two or even by a few hours.  These chances to see new places, spend quality time with the people you love, or even just to relax and bask in the deliciousness of a warm sunny day need to be part of all of our lives too....and they can exist harmoniously with meeting the obligations and agreements we've entered into.  I feel refreshed and ready for a great week...I hope you all do too!  :-)
